A. Candidates attend refresher course theory (6 sessions) and theoretical content with 6:
1. The basic nutrients and balance
2. Hygiene and food safety
3. Vietnam food culture
4. Vietnamese dishes taste
5. Construction menu
6. Organizing kitchen management
B. Exam practice consists of two parts:
1. The required exam (draw): 1 main dish from the raw seafood, poultry, cattle...
2. Exam: one buffet professional forte
FEES:3,000,000 VND / person
