Within the framework of the exhibition activities Food & Hotel Vietnam takes place every 2 years, Vietnam Culinary Challenge is a large scale with the jury's team of prestigious chefs, experiences from different countries.
Over 6 times organization with international qualifications recognized, the contest has become a prestigious competition, have great appeal in the industry, creating opportunities for career progression for the talented young chefs.
In this year 2017, with the aim of paving the way for raising qualification of processed Vietnamese cuisine as well as opportunities for chefs develop their creativity, the Saigon Professional Chefs’ Guild continue to organize the 7th Vietnam Culinary Challenge with 12 classes.
Date: 25 – 27, April, 2017
Venue: SECC, 799 Nguyen Van Linh Highway, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Entry Requirements:
All Chefs, bakers, pastry chefs from restaurants, clubs, hotels, resorts, catering institutions and culinary schools in Vietnam are invited.
The participation fees for individuals are as follows:
• Entry fee: VND350’000 per entry for SPC members VND500’000 for other participants
• Refund: VND200’000 will be refunded on the competition day upon completion of the competition.
• Registration fees for teams for the “Spices of Indochina Challenge”: VND1’100’000 or US$50. Team from Asia only to apply. Due to place constraint we can only host 8 teams
