To help chefs working in restaurants, hotels, catering and food processing facilities untrained school conditional standardized skills, knowledge and professional skills service. Saigon Professional Chefs Guild (SPC) held a program: training - evaluation - skill testing and certification "chefs" for members in need.
I. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The chefs working in restaurants, hotels, restaurants, catering ... have seniority from 3 years.
Ninth grade education level or higher.
Skilled workmanship Vietnamese kitchen, European, American, Japanese, Korean, Thai, cake ...

II. PROGRAM CONTENTS
A. Contestants may attend a refresher course on theory (5 sessions) and the theory test with 5 content
Vietnam cuisine
The basic nutrients
Hygiene and food safety
Build menu
Kitchen Organization Management

B. 2 practical exam test
- The test required (draw): a main dish from the following ingredients: seafood, poultry, cattle ...
- Location choice - a dish of specialist schools

+ The elective (plus points), select one of the following two below
- Trimming vegetables combined presentation on the plate
- Make a hot or cold desserts
