On 05 June, 2010, The 1st Asian Chefs' Forum took place in Penang, Malaysia. The delegation included Mr. Ly Sanh - Chairman of SPC and three participants. The contents of forum was to connect the Asian cuisine, cooperation, sharing and mutual development; establish a common voice of Asian chefs.
Representatives of Asia countries reaching agreement established "Asian Chefs' Guild" and the elect of an Executive Committee election: Mr. Marco Bruehschweiler was elected as supreme adviser; Mr. Pdrus Nugraha Ag - Representative of Indonesia Chefs' Association as President and representative of Vietnam, Ms. Bui Thi Suong trusted position of Executive Board Member of Asian Chefs' Guild.
