Saigon Professional Chef's Guild - SPC is a non-profit professional organization under Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Association.

Established and put into operation on 11 October, 2005; SPC is to gatherprofessional chefs, apprentices working in kitchens at restaurants, hotels, business establishments based culinary/ branches operating in Vietnam. Members may be the nationality of Vietnam, foreign expatriates who are living and working in Vietnam. SPC's activities held only place in Ho Chi Minh City and comply with the laws of Vietnam.
