III. CHARITY ACTIVITIES
- SPC held the cultivating courses of making 20 Vietnamese foods for students of Ho Chi Minh Professional Competence Restaurant School.
- SPC sent members to Ho Chi Minh Professional Competence Restaurant School for holding 8 days of culinary to raise fund for the school’s students.
- SPC also held 6 trips of charity, visiting, giving presents to the elders and the handicapped.

Judging seminar
Date : Monday, 19th April 2010
Time : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Cost : EURO 200.00
Participants of the seminar will have the chance to be attached to the Judging Groups daily from 20th to 24th April 2010 during the Culinary Challenge. This gives them the opportunity to learn and experience the actual judging on a food competition.
A good opportunity for SPC to send a member to attend.
