For its 3rd Edition, The Louis Lesaffre Cup, organized by the LESAFFRE Company (leading company in yeast and bread improvers) is pleased to confirm the participation of The Louis Lesaffre Cup brings together the finest bakers from all over the world to compete in teams for the Bakery World Cup in 2012 in Saf Viet which is the subsidiary of Lesaffre in With a high level of professional skills and personal commitment, the Louis Lesaffre Cup is confronting the best Bakers all over the world. Each Baker in The second edition mobilised 40 countries, with 90 selection rounds and a total of 6000 Candidates making this event an unmissable event for the bakery profession! The first step of the selections is the regional selections in Bakers can compete in three categories: Baguettes and special Breads / Pastries / Artistic Piece On the 25th of August, the Best Bakers from the South of Vietnam are welcoming to bring their products in On the 28th of August, the Best Bakers from the North are welcoming to bring their products in At the end of the regional contest, the best bakers just selected will compete in December during the national selection to become the Best Bakers in The Louis Lesaffre Cup is more than just a series of competitions; it is more of an initiation process that provides a path to excellence.
